Placement is a team sport.
Dr. Jayaram has led the Telangana Training & Placement Officers Association since 2019. TTPOA is the only registered association of placement officers in the state, and under him it runs pool, on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, skill workshops and industry partnerships for its member colleges.
His focus is the gap between what companies need and what graduates bring. Placement officers, he argues, are best placed to steer students toward the training that closes it.
